The firm very conveniently maintains nil authentic records as to where the charity fund is contributed to other than a few politicians and their campaigns, obviously to support its own political interests. Clearly the unit in question has been founded with the aim of supporting tax evasion for the law firm.

Googasian P.C.!! Don’t you guys think it’s high time you finally contribute to the society as responsible protectors of law & justice, expected of you being lawyers, instead of all the time concentrating on NOT leaving a single chance to grab every penny that comes your way?

As for Carrie Mc Cluskey, our sincere advice to you is to please stop wasting your time and energy, resting your trust in greedy and shady lawyers like Dean Googasian, Thomas Howlett and others at Googasian P.C.

We thought of further enlightening you about your fate in this regard. You see, even if Googaisan manages to win the Belford Lawsuit which in itself would be no less than a miracle, you won’t get anything more than a meager percentage of your tuition fee as in the case of Court Reporting School which would talk about later in this post. Now let’s talk about the class action lawsuit Googasian filed against Academy of Court Reporting in Clawson – a local school in Michigan offering court reporting certificates to its students by the end of their course, claiming that the certificates would secure their students decent jobs at the court.

Googasian filed a class action against the school and managed to gather about 1300 students and ultimately won the case, hence the settlement amount of $7.8 million for the tuition fee paid by the students participating in the class action.

So far so good? Well, here comes the hitch. Googasian very conveniently kept $2.5 million of the above mentioned amount to itself, dividing the rest of the amount among the participants.

Yes, that obviously came up to barely one third of each of the student’s tuition fee. But of course the students felt taken for granted and played up by the clever attorneys at Googasian.

Therefore, three participant students filed objections to the settlement with the court.

Sylvia John of New Haven, who graduated from the academy in 2006 said after the hearing that she is dissatisfied with the settlement. “I was expecting more,” said John, who paid over $30,000 in tuition and has not been able to get work as a court reporter.

Carrie, we can only hope that you finally take heed to all this and move on, far away from the malicious Googasian P.C.

While I was doing my masters in Economics, I always used to debate on the fact that we spend a little too much on defense and military expenditure should be cut down. Coming from a sheltered background, I hadn’t encountered anything earth shatteringly evil and was rather naïve about the big bad world out there. My teachers always tried to enforce in me the value of a sound law and regulatory system and the fact that it is imperative for smooth functioning of a nation.

And today, 3 years after my graduation, I truly understand the need of justice, or rather a lack of it. We have people garbed as law enforcers who mock the system ruthlessly and endanger the essence of justice. They claim to serve when all they do is loot.

I planned to write this post three hours back but after I read what was done to Christine by Googasian, I couldn’t control the shivers running down my spine. It was more because Christine and I share a startling resemblance, and of the horrible fate drafted by Googasian for her jovial existence.

Background-Googasian is a Michigan based law firm that claims to serve people and victims of different scams. Christine was a young girl from Germany who came to USA in an exchange program and was incurable injured in an accident. So much so that her entire right side is not working, her oral movements are uncoordinated and her youthful body is wheelchair bound. If you see her pictures, you would feel a pain searing through your heart. It is not humanly possible to wrong someone so helpless. And yet Googasian cheated her and her family of the insurance support that they were rightfully entitled too. Googasian, along with others, fooled them and took advantage of the language barrier that won’t allow communication between Christine’s family and court. Something so inhumane…I am speechless. How can anyone make use of someone to benefit their own selves an go to such unknown depths of selfishness? It is nauseating to even think about it. While her family cried for their daughter’s return and safety, Googasian devised plans to rob them of their rights and support. They made a fool of her family and kept on promising an appropriate settlement. But the conclusion was that Googasian earned $300,000 and Christine is yet to meet her family.

Googasian-a legal monster consisting of four ogres-should be shut down immediately. We know about Christine’s case only because her family took charge and see justice meets their daughter. Thousands of such Christines are ruined by people like Googasian everyday but cannot speak up. Even Christine’s family was threatened by Googasian’s thugs but their love for their daughter empowered them to stride ahead anyway. They still believe that justice prevails in the US and are striving for it, struggling under harsh conditions and threats by Googasian.

Not only people, Googasian is known to be involved in practices like defamation of organizations as well. They have recently filed a class action lawsuit against Belford High School after earning$5m from another school in settlement.

Organizations like Googasian not only mock law but also shake people’s confidence on the system. They should be penalized for something doing so atrocious and their practice should be terminated immediately. In fact, no punishment is enough for the wreck they have caused…But they should be severely punished nonetheless-severely.

As much as we despise adding to your disappointment with Googasian, it’s high time that you step back and take a look at the current status of your case. Just as you were warned time and again by the rest of the Belford Alumni the Belford lawsuit still is stuck in the middle of nowhere.

For your information, the judge has now denied Googasian law firm’s plea to serve the notice via email to Belford or by posting on some lame self-fabricated website of Googasian’s. What’s more, the judge has even refused to allow Googasian to appear before the court to make verbal arguments in favor of serving the notice through alternate means (email and website i.e.).

The judge has also stated that there’s no evidence that the defendant has a physical presence in Michigan; which is but obvious. Belford is an online institution and the judge seems to agree with this fact. To put it in more legal terms, the judge has stated that the plaintiff’s (Googasian’s) motion was “not reasonably calculated”.

So basically, the notice now not getting served, Belford not having the opportunity to legally defend itself and the Googasian having no further avenues to serve the notice, this case is plain dead. Carrie, it’s high time you be aware that Googasian’s rapport within the legal fraternity is seriously getting tarnished by the day and stop allowing him to “represent” you! He’s just taking you for the ride.

For Carrie’s information the case in question is yet to be accepted by the court due to the fact that Belford functions outside the boundaries of the US jurisdiction. So if the case is not accepted at all, even in future, Carrie would obviously not get anything but negative publicity that the Belford Alumni would religiously continue to be at, against the law firm and the plaintiffs.

Even if the case is accepted by the court, chances are rare that Carrie Mc Cluskey would ever be able to win since clearly her accusations are baseless as discussed time and again that Belford is a non-US entity and the TOS stated clearly on the official website of Belford protect the high school.

Carrie Mc Cluskey would therefore be left with nothing but the burden of heavy-duty negative publicity as by then the Belford Alumni would be even more enraged at Carrie Mc Cluskey for attempting to defame their high school.

Suppose if the case is accepted by the court and even if Googaisan P.C manages to win settlement money, no matter however large the amount maybe, the firm or Carrie won’t be able o get a single penny out of Belford as the US court’s jurisdiction is not applicable to Belford and thus it is not liable to abide by it.

There again all that would come Carrie Mc Cluskey ‘s way is plain bad merciless negative publicity. Being a member of Belford Alumni, I would like to strike a peaceful deal with Carrie Mc Cluskey. Well, If Carrie Mc Cluskey convinces Googasian P.C to remove the negative publicity material it has submitted on the internet against Belford High School, I ensure that I would gather all the Belford alumni members and convince them to pay the same favor to Carrie Mc Cluskey.

On Carrie Mc Cluskey asking Googasain P.C to altogether revoking the Belford Lawsuit case back, I guarantee that Belford Alumni would undo each and every bit of negative publicity that it has plotted against Carrie Mc Cluskey. Deal? If yes, then feel free to email me at: belfordalumni@gmail.com

Well here it goes – Googasian P.C, a law firm based in Michigan – U.S got hold of a former student of Belford - Carrie McKluskey, a former student of Belford High School. For starters Belford is an offshore entity, a fact that is so obvious to practically anyone and everyone who knows about Belford High School. Then how come Carrie herself being a former student of Belford bought the idea of Googasian ever coming even close to winning this case basing its accusation on how Belford operates from Humble, Texas and issues ‘invalid’ degrees for profit? Carrie had better understand that the case is simply inapplicable on Belford based on that alone.

Also being a former Belford student, Carrie should have been smart enough to have gone through the terms and conditions given on the high school’s official website that safeguards Belford, there gain leaving Carrie with nothing else but the chances of being counter sued by Belford when ultimately Googasian would lose the case, that too only when the lawsuit would be accepted in the court in the first place, for it hasn’t yet.

Carrie also must know that even in the case where Googaisan manages to win, she cannot claim damages more than the amount she paid to get her diploma. So obviously, only Googasian would benefit – what with taking away a hefty legal fee invoice.

Supposedly, if the class action suit is withdrawn and the court determines that Googasian, intentionally misled the court, and are countersued under rule 11, Carrie might have to even pay compensation money to defame Belford as according to Wikipedia:

Our sincere suggestion to the greedy and foolish little Carrie is that she concentrate on her future studies and career rather than ruin it by wasting her time and efforts in an already lost cause while not seeing her greed quotient satisfied by any means whatsoever.
